This policy describes return, exchange, and refund terms for orders placed on salonova.ge. We follow Georgian consumer protection rules and the practical realities of professional cosmetic products.
1. Right of return
For distance contracts (online orders), consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in resaleable condition.
For company (B2B) orders, returns are possible only by agreement or as stated on the invoice, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Non-returnable products
- Opened or used hygiene and cosmetic products.
- Products damaged through improper use by the customer.
- Custom-made or individually tailored products.
- Products returned more than 14 days after receipt (except defective products).
3. Return conditions
- The product must be in original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
- Provide the order number, receipt date, and reason for return.
- Contact us at [email protected] or via the contact form under "Order support" before sending items back.
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping the product.
4. Return costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defect, damage in delivery), we cover return costs.
In other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless mandatory law states otherwise.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are issued using the same payment method, usually within 14 business days.
Refunds may be reduced if the product is damaged or incomplete.
6. Defective or damaged products
If a product is defective or damaged in delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will offer replacement, credit, or a full refund.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. Price differences may be charged or refunded.
